Trumm Exteriors is looking for a skilled and motivated Foreman to join our team. As a Foreman, you will play a key role in overseeing our residential exterior construction projects and leading our teams to deliver high-quality work.
Responsibilities of a Construction Foreman at Trumm Exteriors:
- Supervising and coordinating construction activities on-site
- Managing and leading a team of skilled laborers
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans
- Coordinating and communicating with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Ensuring proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials
- Providing training and guidance to team members as needed
- Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or delays proactively
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Foreman in the construction industry (experience with residential exterior projects preferred)
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements
- Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks as needed

Responsibilities of a Skilled Laborer at Trumm Exteriors:
- Assisting with the preparation and setup of construction sites
- Operating and maintaining tools and equipment as instructed
- Assisting with the installation of exterior building materials, such as siding, roofing, and windows
- Assisting with the measurement and cutting of materials according to project specifications
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and supplies
- Assisting with the cleanup of construction sites and ensuring proper disposal of waste
- Following safety guidelines and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Reporting any safety hazards or incidents to the Foreman or project manager
- Collaborating with team members and following instructions from the Foreman or project manager
- Participating in on-the-job training and continuously improving skills and knowledge related to construction tasks
